Martz for the Raiders?

I realize that there are many coaches probably better than Martz but I don't see the same passion that Martz exhibits. Mike wants to win sometimes at any cost. He's no Chucky, he doesn't make faces on the sidelines, but he has the same mentality that you see out of a Phil Jackson. He's very calculated when it comes down to 4th and goal. He'll throw convention out the window and run a reverse WR run play even though it doesn't make sense to me. It does show conviction when it decision time with the game on the line. He  made up his mind for whatever reason. The way I see the NFL coaching staff set up is that a defense coordinator controls the defense not the head coach. But offense coordinators do the same unless the head coach runs the play book. Mike can do both and he can do both well. He can handle the Raiders head cases while teaching and tutoring. He can manage the football game which is something that Norv couldn't do.  He's been to the super bowl as a head coach so he knows what it takes to win in the playoffs. This is probably our best option as a head coach but does Al Davis think so?
